Please note whether there is an image associated with the progress docket entry before requesting the document; if there is no image, there will be a statutory $1.00 per page charge for our office to
provide a scanned or paper version of the document. We will review the documents requested to insure that they have been redacted, and will contact you to advise of any charges. Once you have paid,
we will complete your request and email the documents to you, or you can arrange for pickup in our office.

In accordance with Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420, requests and responses to requests for public records shall be made in a reasonable manner. If the nature or volume of the public records requested to be inspected or copied requires extensive use of information technology resources or extensive clerical or personnel assistance to fulfill, the Clerk may charge the requestor the associated cost, in addition to the actual cost of any duplication. In an extensive use situation, you may be asked to pay a portion of the estimated costs prior to the request being filled and the remainder of the cost shall be due upon the records being made available.
Effective immediately, the number of free copies allowed for court records is limited to (9) nine documents or a maximum of (20) twenty pages per user. Any request that exceeds the limit is required to register for Secure Web or contact the Clerk's office for payment instructions at (850) 606-4000.
Secure Web allows customers to access and print court documents from the comfort of their home or office free of charge, reducing in-office copy costs and wait times. While anonymous and registered users have access to redacted case information, access to protected cases is governed by the Supreme Court and Rules of Judicial Administration 2.420. Identity verification for specific user roles is required.
