Our Help Center provides the following services:

While we provide many forms (including interactive forms) for free on our website – www.clerk.leon.fl.us. – we provide other forms and reports in the Help Center for $.15/page. These include:

  • Case progress docket printouts
  • Child support payment histories
  • Driver license histories
  • Indigence forms
  • Printed forms from the websites like www.flcourts.org
  • Probate and guardianship forms
  • Seal and expunge packets
  • Various civil case action-specific forms

Self-represented litigants may file documents electronically on the statewide efiling portal, located at www.myflcourtaccess.com. This website allows you to file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And while self-represented litigants are not required to file electronically, it is an efficient service and allows filers to serve other parties in cases electronically.
